This EH Holden Special sedan is being offered for sale as part of a deceased estate. The body and underside is in very good condition. The glass and interior trim is excellent. New carpet and hoodlining. New rubber seals throughout. The car is running and can be moved under its own power. This is an unfinished project requiring brake work and electrical work before this classic could be registered. This extremely low 21195 klm F250 Dually was specially ordered by the Qld Fire Service. Powered by the iconic 300 Cubic-Inch Canadian Six engineered for pure unadulterated work. With tractor like torque the long stroke engine has massive low end grunt with its peak torque early in the rev range. Built with a heavy duty cast iron block and 7 bearing bottom end with gear driven timing these motors were designed to outlast the very frame they were bolted to. Known throughout the truck world as one of the most indestructible petrol engines ever designed and built. Full tread 7.50 R16 LT radial tyres mounted on sandblasted and epoxied original wheels. LED taillights. The unfinished 4mm plate alloy tray allows you to configure it exactly the way that suits your needs. Original floor mat. Re-upholstered original bench seat. Good glass. PTO still in place from the Fire Service pump. Indestructible Dana 70 diff. 4 wheels drum brakes fully reconditioned. 4 speed manual. Twin I beam front suspension. The front clip was removed repaired and repainted while the rest of the cab received a close door style respray around 5 years ago. The GVM is 4.082 tonne. Minor rust in cab seams, door bottom corners and roof gutter. All electrics, lighting and instruments etc in working order. Retractable lap sash seatbelts. The engine is so smooth and the truck drives like new. This rare find is located in Gumdale Qld 4154 and is available for inspection by appointment.

Front suspension cross member is powdercoated and matches the Build Number. 308 V8. 4 Speed manual. 10 bolt diff. Detailed undercarriage. Entire floor is mint original and painted gloss black with no rust sections ever fitted. Very good body overall. Retrimmed seats. New carpets, hoodlining and underlay. New seatbelts, starter motor, battery, gear shifter and k**b, brakes, waterpump, heater core, engine hoses and belts, thermostat, exhaust system, tyres, air cleaner element, fuel sender, suspension and steering components, ignition barrel, front park light indicators. Original wheels with the rears widened, sandblasted and refinshed in two pack paint. Full fluid service completed. Dellow hydraulic clutch conversion. Turbo 400 transmission. Rear axle: 3.08:1 Salisbury open centred diff. Integrated air conditioning. Standard ratio power steering. Production date: 10/02/1978. This is a survivor car still driveable and currently registered in Qld. The interior is in remarkable condition. No sign of any rust or damage. Appears to be original paint with the exception of the nose cone and front bar. The paint on the upper half of the car is flaking and delaminating across every panel. This rare 1963 Ford Compact Fairlane sedan is modified with a 302 Ford Windsor, C4 Auto and 28 spline L*D Ford 9 inch. The balanced engine has a Crane HT284 cam, Edelbrock Torker manifold and a Holley 650 carbie. Digital 6A MSD Electronic ignition. Custom extractors and twin system. Custom interior with electric front seats. Hurst Pro-Matic 2 cable shifter. New seals and good glass. Very good stainless trims and mouldings. Seat belts and child restraints fitted. Front disc brakes are XT Falcon with a VH44 booster. Alloy Radiator. Simmons OM Series wheels with 16" x 7" fronts and 16" x 8" rears. Falken 225/60 R16 front and 245/50 R16 rear tyres. Lowered front suspension. Pedders shock absorbers. Power steering. Tinted windows. Stereo system. Heads-up display accessory digital GPS Speedo. An Underdash air conditioning unit is still installed and wired up but the compressor, pipework, receiver dryer and condensor etc have been removed. This an older restoration with great gaps and panel fitment but there are minor paint and interior trim faults. The two pack paint has a gold pearl powder in the top coat clear.
