A little sneak peek at our modular molle panel and shelf system coming for the Pajero Sport 🙈🤫 After a few months of testing, we've sent off our final design to the manufacturer and production has officially started. The system shown in the video is our first sample, and a few more changes have been locked in for production. Fun fact, we literally had to source 4 screws from the UK as we couldnt find suitable ones for our kits anywhere else!

Final intercooler testing underway today 🤙 When we say we're our own customers first, we really mean it! We fit these products to our own cars, use them how you guys would and make sure we're 100% satisfied with the end result before we release them.

Today we're putting our upgraded intercooler through its paces, getting before & after temp readings while towing.

We're also filming an install video while we're at it, so you can see exactly what's involved.

A lot goes on behind the scenes before a product makes it onto our site 👌

A radiator upgrade was one of the first things we did to our Pajero Sport, and for good reason… just look how thin the factory radiator is! 😅

The factory core is only 16mm thick, compared to 42mm on our upgraded 3-row radiator. That's 165% more core volume 🔥

We received and fitted our first sample back in June, and rather than rushing it out, we've spent the last few months making improvements.

We've added extra bracing, improved the transmission cooler fittings and brackets, and swapped the plastic drain plug for a steel one.

It's been a bit of a process, but we wanted to get those details right before making it available to everyone.

If you're towing a caravan, heading off-road or carrying heavy loads, this is a worthwhile cooling system upgrade to consider.
