The 1991 Evo Sturgis brought back to its former glory by the workshop team.

The list is long on this bike….fresh paintwork, new drive belt, starter motor, complete engine and gearbox repaint in the bike, tyres, tune - the list goes on and on but the end result is a perfect example (expect for the exhaust) of a factory produced Sturgis.

Can’t beat a rigid springers stance!

In for a typical starter motor failure… These types of builds commonly have poor “Earth” cable locations and wrong pinion gear clearance causing premature starter gear burn out.

Many years experience building custom bikes from scratch gives us the edge to set these bikes up correctly.

Colour change to candy red with black decals, looks absolutely mint 👌

Fork cover clearance issues rectified and repainted.

Quite a few components required repainting to match the fresh paint….rear shocks, all hand control components, all foot control components, rear pulley and the clean up of a few hardware pieces.

Back out looking fresher than ever 🔥
