Had one of my favourite evos in for more work we carried out the following this time round

* Modified rocker cover to suit -10 lines to the new ho**er fab catch can
* Had the rocker cover powdercoated
* Upgraded the alternator to the lampseed 170amp with upgraded wiring to suit
* New dixel pads and rotors all round with new endless braided lines

Had this super clean r32 in for some fab work after the customer installed a high mount turbo

Made a new 3” dump to the exisiting exhaust system
Made new screamer pipe
Made new hotside cooler pipe

Can confirm these have a lot more space then what a x100 does for a dump pipe 😂

Another one out the door!

Had the drift beast back for the House of Jz stage 2 fuel system and rack replacement

* Installed a radium surge tank in the boot with a new walbro 525
* Made new custom -8 fuel feed hardlines up to the bpp fuel rail
* Carried out House of Jz 12v mod on the factory hanger

Now the fuel system has more then enough room to grow when he wants to pursue more power 💪🏼

Recently finished work on this clean JZS171 it’s not very often I see these come in! We carried out the following

* Head refresh
* Installed new kelford springs and retainers
* Arp head studs
* Genuine vrs kit
* Fuel filter replacement
* Installed Fenix radiator

This poor old girl in it’s previous ownership had been very under maintenanced resulting in a heavy build up of oil in the head so we decided to pull it off and get it all refreshed also installed springs and head studs for future mods this way the head won’t need to be pull later

Another one out the door, recently had this very standard z30 in for a check over as he recently bought it we got to work and made a custom exhaust for it 💪🏼 came out better then expected and now he can hear the true 1j note

Fitted two magnaflow mufflers and a 200 cell cat

This customer recently purchased this drift car and wanted some mods carried out first we carried out the following

* Full check over
* Head service
* Installed new kelford spec d cams along with dlc buckets and ti retainers with springs
* Genuine vrs kit
* Arp head studs
* Syltech sensor package
* Gen v turbosmart 50mm gate
* Bpp rail with fuel damper
* Speedflow lines and fittings to suit e85
* Ikeya formula rear lower ball joints
* Ross gold series balancer
* Bosch 1650’s
* Turbosmart fpr6
* Haltech 8 button keypad

Once everything was set up and running got the car towed down to dvs tuning where she reeled off a healthy 370kw on e85

Boy oh boy does this have some chop to it! Super keen to see it out on track

Another one out the door! We recently completed the work on this x100 😍 we carried out the following

* Replaced all studs with arp extended items
* Replaced rear wheel bearings
* Replaced drive shaft boots
* Replaced lower ball joints
* Replaced tension arm bushes in the hub
* Rebuilt power steering pump
* Replaced clutch master
* Replaced rear upper control arms with Ikeya formula items

Such a blessing to be able to work on cars like this, very keen to see the next stage of this car 😉

Recently had this clean Evo in for a major service we carried out the following

* Replaced timing belt & water pump with all genuine items
* Replaced intake fuel filter
* Replaced brakes all round with dba rotors and dixel pads
* Replaced brake lines with good ridge braided lines
* Replaced engine oil and transmission oil
* Replaced spark plugs
* Replaced rocker cover gasket

Now’s she’s good for at least another 100###kms 💪🏼💪🏼

Another cool build out the door 💪🏼 this one is definitely a very special one and haven’t worked on many yet! Customer installed the turbo kit prior to bringing it up, we carried out the following

* Installed new haltech nexus s3 with keypad
* House of Jz sensor package
* Converted to dbw
* Fuel system upgrade to suit e85
* Made new cooler pipes to suit
* Welded in diff collar and installed 2 new genuine bushes
* Installed handbrake assembly

Once everything was done we sent it off to be tuned now everyone knows these motors are very hit or miss 😅 so we were very curious with how we applied the boost but it pumped out a healthy 248kw @ 13 psi on 98 and 278kw @ 13psi on e85 very good numbers for a roller dyno
