We are OPEN to keep you on the road when it comes to safety and essential repairs.

The current Government COVID response directions allow car service and repair operators to continue to open as an essential service to ensure that vehicles are roadworthy and available if and when the public need them.

If your car is due for essential safety related servicing or repairs, including brakes and tyres, we can still carry out this work during COVID lockdown periods.

We can also work with you to arrange pick up and delivery where available.

The wellbeing of our team and our customers is our top priority. We’d like to assure you that we are taking all additional hygiene precautions as advised. We are practicing social distancing and wearing face masks for added protection, as well as following all COVID Safe requirements as specified by the Government.

Complimentary Driveway Service For Health Care And Emergency Services Personnel

Australia’s health care and emergency services personnel are protecting our communities and it’s vital they have reliable transport that is ready to go when they need it.

We are offering to assist by providing a Complimentary Vehicle “Health Check” Driveway Service, which includes a battery load test, brake fluid, engine oil and coolant level inspections, tyre pressure check and more!

Drivers can remain in the car during the service or wait in the reception area, subject to adherence of social distancing rules. Hygiene precautions, including gloves and wipe down will be taken.

Independently owned Repco Authorised Service centres across the nation are offering to assist, providing a complimentary vehicle “Health Check” driveway service.

The Health Check service consists of a battery load test, brake fluid, engine oil and coolant level inspections, ventilation filter examination*, tyre pressure check and wiper blades/washer reservoir assessment.

Drivers can remain in the car during the service (the Technician will need you to open the bonnet) or wait in the reception area, subject to adherence of social distancing rules. Hygiene precautions, including gloves and wipe down will be taken.

The process takes less than 15 minutes* and prior bookings are essential.

*Important: Access to the Ventilation (Cabin Air) Filter varies from vehicle to vehicle. If this cannot be done within the time frame or with minimal contact, the technician may choose to decline this step.

This complimentary service is STRICTLY LIMITED to privately owned vehicles of health care workers (including Pharmacy staff) and emergency services personnel that need their car in order to travel to conduct their jobs.

Your local Repco Authorised Service centre is open for business, ready to provide you with the expert car service you’ve come to trust.

We’d like to reassure you that we are doing all we can to protect customers and staff in this unprecedented situation.

Our workshops have made a number of adjustments to their business operations based on the advice of the Australian Government and Health Authorities.

While our workshops have always maintained strong hygiene procedures, they've now increased their routine cleaning across reception areas and workshops. Technicians continue to use best hygiene practices, with additional sanitisation of relevant surfaces undertaken prior to returning your vehicle to you.

We are committed to following best practice for health, hygiene, and personal distancing. In addition to these measures, Repco Authorised Service centres are further committed to providing options to our customers, including:

- Pick up and drop off services where relevant
- Remote payment service via phone or online banking
- They can also meet you at your car in their carpark if you prefer not to enter the reception area

We are so excited to become a part of Bathurst history! This year the Repco Authorised Service team are rallying behind the Brad Jones Racing team, championed by drivers Nick Percat and Macauley Jones – with our business featured on the car bonnet!

We were lucky enough to snare this spot due to our donation to a special drought relief fund.
