And thats a wrap folks on a massive weekend.

We may have been a little quiet on the socials but we look forward to sharing all the great race reviews that we are tagged in.

Congratulations to all the podium winners and everyone for some great racing. There were definitely some "on the egde of your seat" moments.

To all our officials and volunteers thank you for your time. Thank you for helping us to race and feeding us.

Congratulations to all of our lucky winners from the Festival State Cup Series Round 4 at Southern Go Kart Club!

A huge thank you to Karting Australia, LeCont, Maxxis, DPE Kart Superstore, Karting SA, and Southern Go Kart Club for their continued support of the series and our competitors.

All tyre and DPE voucher winners can collect their prizes from the Tech Shed at the start of the lunch break on Sunday.

Good Morning Adelaide! ☀️
It’s the first day of Round 4 of the Festival State Cup Series ❤️💙💛

While it’s a chilly 7°C this morning, we’re expecting a top of 18°C later today – perfect conditions for a great day of racing. 🏁

Practice is underway, the drivers are ready, and best of all, spectating is completely FREE!

Even the goats have travelled far and wide to come and watch the action, so if they can make the trip, surely you can too! 🐐😂

Come down, grab some delicious hot food from the canteen, and enjoy a fantastic weekend of racing with us!

Our race schedule for the weekend will be shared once finalised.

For those looking to set up on Friday, please note this is to be done between 3-5pm only, otherwise first thing Saturday morning.

For anyone looking to camp at the track, please let us know if you haven't already done so. But please note no firepits in the evening. .

Saturday gates open at 6.30, canteen at 7. Practice first up with racing to follow. A reminder this event is on our short track.

Lots to do, discuss and plan not just for this weekend but for upcoming events including COA in August and AKC in October.

📢 Festival State Cup Round 4 – Important Competitor Reminder

With Round 4 of the Festival State Cup kicking off this weekend at Southern Go Kart Club, we’d like to remind all competitors and participants to please check that your mobile phone number and contact details in KOMP are correct and up to date.

This weekend will be the first event where Officials will be utilising the SMS notification system in accordance with the Supplementary Regulations.

📱 How it works:

* Officials may communicate important information to you via SMS throughout the event.

* If you are involved in an incident or are the subject of a Penalty Notification or Infringement Notice, you will receive an SMS advising you to report to Race Control.

* You must report to Race Control as soon as possible, and within 30 minutes of the SMS being sent.

* Failure to attend within the required timeframe will result in the automatic issuing of your penalty by the Stewards.

* Officials will not hand-deliver notices, so it is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are correct and to monitor your phone during the event.

Please take a few moments before arriving at the circuit to verify your details in KOMP.
