Karting Australia has finalised the dates and venues for the 2026 Australian Kart Championship, with five rounds to be hosted across four states from March to October.

The first version of the Championship Sporting Regulations will be released tomorrow morning with entries due to open for full Championship entries ONLY at 11am AEDT with the following schedule.
11:00am Cadet 9 and KZ2
12:00pm KA3 Junior
1:00pm X30
2:00pm TaG 125
3:00pm KA3 Senior
4:00pm Cadet 12
5:00pm KA2

*All dates and venues are correct at the time of publication subject to change at the discretion of Karting Australia

The Australian Institute for Motorsport Safety (AIMSS) has recently launched its new research study Child Safety in Motorsport as part of a national initiative designed to capture the experiences and insights of parents, young competitors, and the wider motorsport community.

The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and submissions close on 17 December.
