Current situation. Phone is even more useless than it normally is. Thanks for Emailing.

Our Forged LS3 with magnum PI 2650 kit from finally rolling off numbers with our custom snout setup to suit the 103mm throttle body.
In the end, our new snout and throttlebody turned out to be a bolt-on 10% increase in power. Halving the amount of vacuum behind the throttle equated to an extra 2psi of manifold pressure at the same blower speed as before. The car will be leaving with 2 different pulley/belt setups, allowing the owner to adjust boost levels in only a few minutes. Both boost/pulley setups are completely flex tuned.
At 17psi on E85 the big rig rolled off 960whp on our roller. This will be well over 1000 on a hub, we are keen to get it onto a hub to get a number!

Stuarts Mightyboi in for some Mighty Upgrades!
Complete with a 660cc 3cyl Daihatsu EF motor out of a Mira, with a little baby internally gated turbo. But the car never ran properly on the stock ECU, so we wired in a mini to control the show, complete with onboard o2 and boost control, we also got the fuel system up to scratch and fixed a handful of other issues. Very cool little setup! We ran out of exhaust in the end. Excited to see what it can do with a new exhaust 👌

Brads SBE L98 VE ute back finally with a new clutch! We made a smidge over 800whp last time with the single plate clutch on dedicated E85 (2 or 3 years ago).
Now with a dual plate HD clutch we flex tuned it to suit, managing just under 900whp before it started pushing coolant.
Love this combo, it just works! SBE L98 (no, the rings are not gapped), Kelford cam (233/238 114lsa from memory), single S480 kit. XS by Xspurt 1650cc squirters to keep all the E38 fuel modelling honest.
Car is running an e-boost with multiple boost settings for different ethanol content. Keep an eye out for this seemingly innocuous ute 😅👌

Milly’s 150 Prado in for a clean up a few months ago! Solid gains and happy clients 💪

“We recently had our bone stock 150 series prado tuned by the team at onsong performance. Gained slightly better fuel economy with the biggest results being a power increase. While this car doesn’t have a torque converter lock up kit. It now doesn’t need it. The added power seems to carry 5th at highway speeds for a lot longer before dropping down and carrying on.
Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Full time 4x4 ? No dramas. These guys are drive in drive out old school service.” - Darcy & Milly.

Glenn’s VF2 SSV in for a complete cam package!
Glenn wanted the full treatment for his Auto LS3 VF2, however, he drew the line at aftermarket torque converter. So to pair well with the factory converter in the car we opted for our go-to grind for this scenario, the crow 1286.
Complete cam package to suit, LS7 lifters, double valve springs, cam, timing set, all new gaskets, seals and hardware as always, including a CHE Trunnion Upgrade. We had the head serviced and square decked, but the ports were left as factory.
To finish off the combo the Mafless OTR as always, and a complete exhaust to suit the VF2 Bimodel muffler motors. Very impressed by this system, giving a true 4into1 and dual 3in exhaust that retains full use of the factory bimodel for use in the tune.
The result is a very impressive power gain over when it arrived, with daily driver manners all with the factory torque converter. Glenn and Us are all very impressed with the outcome of this combo!

Are you dissatisfied with how your vehicle drives? Specifically your 6 speed auto transmission!?
The Transmission Control Module in these vehicles uses complex equations to determine the desired torque output of the user and pick a gear or shift point based off this, unfortunately Ford didn’t do a very good job of this to start with… But most importantly, changing tyre size and/or power output can throw these calculations WAY out!
By changing tyre size you confuse the TCM as you are no longer doing the speed it thinks you are, a lot of people don’t realise how badly this effects the operation of these 6R80 gearboxes. 📉👎
We are now teaming up with to offer complete gearbox/TCM coding to fix how these work utes drive. Along with our normal ECU dyno remap to unlock all the potential of your engine, we can now correct you tyre size in the PCM and TCM and provide a much more favourable gearbox calibration to get your Ranger/BT-50 driving how it should have from the showroom floor. The difference this makes to how these drive is incredible. 🤝👌

Along with a gearbox tune and corrections, this coding package also allows us to disable things like:
❌ Auto Stop/Start
❌ Horn Honk from Key Fob exiting cab while ignition on
❌ Warning Chime for key in ignition barrel
❌ Warning Chime for door open while ignition on
❌ Horn Honk “Car Finder” from double lock on FOB
❌ Automatic Door Re-Lock
❌ Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (or we can lower the pressure value at which this will alarm)

We can also alter and customise things like:
✅ Increase Alternator Output
✅ Fog Light Memory
✅ Turn Fog Lights into Cornering Lights
✅ Command DRL’s to remain ON with Indicators active
✅ Change 12v Socket “Timeout”
✅ Enable Climate Control Screen in Cluster (this allows fan speed and temperature adjustments to be made from the steering wheel buttons)
✅ Calibrate long-range fuel tanks
✅ Increase target temperature for seat heaters
✅ Program one touch indicator flashes (from 1 to 7 flashes)
✅ Enable automatic “drive away” locking
✅ Alter bulb outage detection for Indicators (for LED’s)

All these AND MORE can be altered and changed in your coding sesion along with a gearbox tune to have your vehicle completely customised to behave exactly how you want it to!
