Attention Customers

STARTS TODAY !!!

Please be advised that from 1 September 2026, a tyre disposal fee will apply to all tyres left with us for disposal.

Customers are welcome to take their old tyres with them to avoid this fee. Please advise us when making your booking if you wish to keep your old tyres.

Our tyre disposal fees are available upon request.

🔧 POSITION AVAILABLE
TYRE FITTER & GENERAL LABOURER

BW Welding & Mechanical Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking person to join our busy workshop team.

This is initially a casual position, with the potential to become full-time for the right applicant.

Duties may include:

• Fitting, balancing and repairing tyres
• General workshop and yard duties
• Assisting our mechanics and tradespeople
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Other general labouring tasks as required

Applicants must:

• Hold a current driver’s licence
• Be reliable, motivated and willing to learn
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Have a good attitude and strong work ethic

Previous tyre-fitting or workshop experience would be an advantage; however, training will be provided to the right person.

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing a very high workload and our books for September are filling up fast.

While we understand that breakdowns can happen unexpectedly, please be mindful that there may still be a wait before we can inspect or repair your vehicle—even if it has already been dropped off at our workshop.

To manage our workload fairly and operate as efficiently as possible, we use a booking system and complete jobs according to our scheduled workload and availability.

We strongly recommend booking in advance for registration checks and vehicle servicing to avoid disappointment or delays.

We appreciate your patience, understanding and continued support of our local business.
