Air conditioning repairs & regas onsite - S.E Melbourne.

After finding a gas leak on the condenser of this Crysler 300, I removed the front bar, replaced the condenser, fit new 'O' rings and regassed it onsite.

Air temperature out of the vents is a chilly 2.8 degrees celsius. 🥶

If you need a A/C regas on your car, than you 100% have a gas leak!

Air conditioning refrigerant does not get consumed like petrol does in an engine, it simply gets pumped throughout the system, so if your car is constantly needing to be regassed, the first thing needed is to find where it is leaking from, repair it, and then have it regassed!

Call us on 0402249018 for all your automotive air conditioning repairs.

Toyota Coaster popping the 100A main fuse.

After 2 minutes having found the alternator seemingly shorting out and popping the main 100A fuse, I figured since new batteries where fitted to it, to check the battery orientation, and what do you know, the batteries where fitted back to front, and to make matters even worse, the owner who fitted the batteries is an electrician 🤦‍♂️ lol.

Dual battery fitted via a Redarc BCDCN1225 charger to a VW Transporter, as the previous auto electrician fitted a V.S.R (voltage sensitive relay) which clearly didn't work at all with the smart alternator system on this vehicle.

The original owner of this genuine Ford XW Falcon GT had this sitting in the shed for a while, as it wouldn't start.

After the customer fitted a new starter motor and battery to it himself, with no luck getting it going again, he called to sort it out for him.

It had a faulty inhibitor switch, which took less than 5 minutes to diagnose!

After fitting a new one, I got it going again, but it was tapping a bit at first, but that settled after a minute running.
