The original owner of this genuine Ford XW Falcon GT had this sitting in the shed for a while, as it wouldn't start.

After the customer fitted a new starter motor and battery to it himself, with no luck getting it going again, he called to sort it out for him.

It had a faulty inhibitor switch, which took less than 5 minutes to diagnose!

After fitting a new one, I got it going again, but it was tapping a bit at first, but that settled after a minute running.

$30,000 quoted from VW dealership to replace the wiring loom on this VW Tiguan due to water damage from a leaking windscreen seems a little expensive and totally unnecessary, when you can replace the damaged connectors.

I cut the damaged plugs off, and fit 2x 6 pin waterproof Deutsch plugs to prevent the same outcome, just incase the windscreen ever leaked again.

1976 Chrysler CL Valiant, fitted with a new A/C compressor, new receiver drier, and retro-fitted to the R134a gas, working extremely well, getting the vent temps down to a chilling 5.2 degrees Celsius.
