Hi Guyz! Process of Mals VJ Val Ute lower RSP. The old one had rust and damage plus a join from previous repair. We had a new one Cnc folded and fits like a glove. We repaired the factory pressing marks as well as this car is going next level. If anyone is interested in one of these we might sell them if enough interest. Typical rust and for some reason so many of these trucks we do have had the doors folded around on pillars 🫩😅

Every things internally epoxied and painted then 3 phase spot welded. Really cant beat spot welding.

Trucks now getting finished at fabshop with firewall trans tunnel and rear floor.
