Another set of seats brought back to life! 🔧👌

These started out as an old layback bench seat, and let's just say the original construction left a bit to be desired!

Like many aftermarket layback bench seat mechanisms from back in the day, the design and workmanship weren't exactly their strong points.

So we got stuck into it!

✅ found another frame, Rebuilt springs
✅ Manufactured new seat foam
✅ Made and fitted factory-style seat covers
✅ Brought the whole lot back to a standard we're happy to put our name on

It's not always just about making a seat look pretty. What goes on underneath is just as important as what you see on top.

Freshly trimmed headlining, in the original ribbed and B-pillars and doglegs, in the slate grey, giving the interior a clean, factory-style finish.

It's the little details that make a big difference, and we're pretty happy with how this one turned out!

Western Star back in the workshop!
We completed the interior on this big girl last year, but this time she was back for a few different jobs.
Passenger door wouldn't open, so we got that sorted, sourced and fitted new door seals, and knocked over a few other odds and ends while it was here.
That's the thing — it doesn't always have to be a full interior. Got a list of those annoying little jobs you've been putting off? Bring it in, give us the list and we'll see what we can sort out. 👍
