📍 Location: Glover Mechanical, 173 Brisbane St, Beaudesert

Glover Mechanical is on the lookout for a friendly, reliable Administration Assistant to join our busy workshop team.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✅ Strong admin experience (invoicing, data entry, general office tasks)
✅ Confident and professional phone manner
✅ Experience with booking jobs or scheduling (preferred)
✅ Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
✅ Or a strong passion for cars and the automotive industry

About the role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering calls, managing bookings, and assisting in the daily running of our workshop. The role also includes preparing and processing invoices once jobs are complete.

Hours: Casual or part-time, with flexibility for the right person.

🐭 Looks like these cars picked up a few unwanted mechanics…

Found these rodent nests in a few customer’s cars this week. Warm engines make the perfect home, but these little tenants love chewing wiring and causing expensive damage. 😬

💡 Easy prevention tip:
We recommend zip-tying rat bait in the engine bay (away from moving parts) to help stop rodents moving in.

✅ We can also fit these baits during your service to help prevent any unwanted guests from moving in under the bonnet.

🚗 Engine bays are for horsepower… not mouse power.
