The 3.0L Whipple Silverado build continues, and in Episode 3 we turn our attention to the complete exhaust system.

An off-the-shelf setup wasn’t going to deliver what this build required, so Rob takes us through the custom fabrication of the headers and explains the work involved in building them properly by hand. We also cover the high-flow catalytic converters and custom bi-modal exhaust system designed to deliver maximum flow and performance while still giving us control over the sound.

This is the workmanship most people never get to see. From pipe selection and header design through to fabrication, fitment and the finished system, every component has been built around this Silverado and the serious power its forged LT engine and 3.0L Whipple supercharger are being prepared to produce.
