Add secure and practical roof carrying capacity to your vehicle with the LAMASSU 301 Series Aluminium Roof Rack Cross Bars.
Designed for vehicles fitted with compatible integrated or separated/raised roof rails, the LAMASSU 301 Series combines a strong aluminium construction with an aerodynamic profile, adjustable mounting system and lockable security.
Available in two cross bar lengths – 1200mm and 1350mm – and two colour options, Black and Silver, allowing you to select the most suitable combination for your vehicle.

Size refers to the aluminium cross bar length. Overall length is approximately 50mm longer when the end caps are fitted.
Roof Rail Compatibility
The LAMASSU 301 Series is designed for compatible roof rails with a suitable mounting profile.
Suitable for compatible:
Integrated roof rails
Separated / raised roof rails
Rail widths from approximately 25mm to 55mm
Not suitable for:
Integrated rails with shallow grooves
Flush rails without a suitable groove
Round rails
Track rails

The LAMASSU 301 Series has a maximum system load of 90 kg*.
*The vehicle manufacturer's maximum roof load must always be observed. The maximum permissible load is determined by the lowest-rated component of the complete roof carrying system.
Total roof load includes the weight of the:
Cross Bars + Roof-Mounted Accessories + Cargo
Never exceed your vehicle manufacturer's specified roof load capacity.
Lockable Security
The LAMASSU 301 Series features a lockable mounting system to help secure the cross bars to the vehicle.
The system includes lock assemblies and 2 keys.
Cross bars should always be correctly secured and locked before driving.
Installation
Before installation, ensure the vehicle roof and roof rails are clean and all required components are present.
Position the cross bars onto compatible roof rails and ensure they are centred correctly across the vehicle.
Where no vehicle-specific mounting position is specified:
Maintain at least 700mm between the cross bars
When carrying long loads, spacing should not be less than 600mm
Tighten the mounting mechanism to 8Nm
Ensure all mounting feet are securely attached
Check that the cross bars cannot move after installation
Fit the end caps and lock the system before driving
Mounting security should be checked after travelling a short distance and periodically thereafter.
Carrying Loads Safely
Loads should be evenly distributed across the cross bars with the lowest practical centre of gravity and securely restrained using suitable load-securing equipment.
Always:
Secure the load correctly before driving
Check the load and mounting system regularly
Remove loose or removable components where appropriate
Avoid relying on elastic bungee cords as the primary load restraint
Consider the increased overall vehicle height when carrying roof-mounted equipment
Adjust driving speed according to the load, road, traffic and weather conditions
Take additional care in strong crosswinds
Maintenance
For safe and reliable operation:
Regularly inspect mounting points and components
Check mounting tension periodically
Replace worn or damaged components
Keep cross bars and mounting components clean
Lubricate screws, nuts and locks periodically where required
Remove and safely store the system when not required for extended periods
