From 19–22 November 2026, competitors will take on one of the most famous circuits in Australian motorsport.

We’re gearing up for another incredible year at Mount Panorama Circuit, and we’re calling on passionate motorsport enthusiasts to join our official team.

Competition dates are from Thursday 19th to Sunday 22nd November 2026.

Whether you’re an experienced official or looking to get involved for the first time, this is your chance to be part of one of Australia’s most exciting grassroots motorsport events.

From flag marshals to pit lane, paddock, and gate operations, there’s a role for everyone.

As part of our official team, you’ll receive:
• Event accreditation
• Official event shirt & event hat
• Event handbook
• Campground site for out of town officials
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, plus evening drinks

Second last post - featuring some of the early risers (unseen and unsung heroes of every event) on the final day of the eight event days of Challenge Bathurst 2025. The Supply team are the first officials on track and the last to leave... transporting everything required to support the flag points up and down the Mountain. The Bathurst Regional Council also has a small army of specialist vehicles and drivers; track sweepers, spill cleaning, recovery, etc. who all do a wonderful job to turn this public road into the racing circuit we love. There's guys like Matt in Wildlife Management finding, then corralling the kangaroos each morning for their own safety and that of the competitors. It's a massive effort from the BRC and so many others behind the scenes. Thank you.

Adrian Dalton, our Site Manager is an incredible and irreplaceable asset to Challenge Bathurst and every major motorsport event at Bathurst (and many beyond).

For over 50 years, Adrian’s passion for turning the tourist drive public road into the world famous Mount Panorama Racing Circuit has been under estimated, largely undetected and very much under appreciated. A man that looks tough, but can’t say no, helps everyone, make every event, the best it can be at this iconic circuit.

Life goes fast! After the Volunteer Appreciation hot laps to close Challenge Bathurst, Fastrack Experiences make the dream of driving at Bathurst a reality on the two days after our event. All you need is a driver's license to tick 'Driving a V8 Racecar on the Mount Panorama Racing Circuit' off your bucket list. If you're a bit unsure about driving and feel the need for speed... book hot laps with the all their professional drivers including John Bowe and Graham and George Elliot.
The Fastrack team, in-car coaches and race drivers are the 'Top Guns' of performance driving experiences and this awesome event sells out every year, so book early.
