This photo means more to us than it probably looks.
It was taken when we had just bought the new shed. No hoists, no signage, no finished workshop .. just the two of us standing there, looking at an empty space and imagining what Eason’s could soon become.
And we put everything we had into making that vision real.
People often see the finished workshop, the growth and the exciting side of business. What they don’t always see are the sleepless nights, the pressure, the sacrifices, the difficult decisions and just how much of yourself you pour into something you care so deeply about.
It’s not always easy. Some days it’s incredibly hard.
Eason’s has never just been a business to us.
We are a family-run business, and that means something to us. Our staff are not just employees - they become part of our family. We care about them, their lives, their families and their future.
And we feel the same way about our customers. Some have trusted our family for years, some for generations. Those relationships matter to us more than people probably realise.
Without our team and without our customers, there is no Eason’s.
We’ve invested more than money into this place.
We’ve invested our time, our energy, our family and a huge part of ourselves.
And the truth is, building something you care this much about is hard. There are days that test you, days that exhaust you and days that make you wonder how much more you have to give.
But we keep showing up.
Because we believe in what we’re building. We believe in our team. We care deeply about our customers. And we want Eason’s to be the kind of family-run business where people genuinely feel that.
The hard work, the long days and the sacrifices are all part of it.
And when we look around at what this empty shed has become and the people who are now part of it .. we’re reminded exactly why we do it.
