✅ Toyota Kluger - RWC Journey - FAILED to PASSED!*

This Kluger came in for Roadworthy at Ballarat Car Care.

*First inspection - FAILED* ❌
Failed on: Lower Control Arm Inner Bushes - cracked, collapsed & perished (see close-up pic). Common failure point on these - not safe, not roadworthy.

We don't just fail and leave you hanging.

*We fixed it:* ✅
- New Lower Control Arm Inner Bushes fitted
- Front & Rear brakes checked - rotors, pads, calipers all measured
- Tyres checked - tread & condition OK
- Underbody - Exhaust, driveline, subframe checked for leaks / damage
- Under bonnet - 3.5L V6 - fluids, battery, no leaks
- Dash - No warning lights - ODO 97,172km
- Exterior - Lights, windscreen, body all compliant

*Re-inspection - PASSED* ✅
Now safe, legal and certificate issued - ready for VicRoads.

That's how a proper RWC should be done - find the issue, fix it properly, then pass.

*🔧 VW Golf in for Central Hydraulic System Service at Ballarat Car Care*

This white Golf came in with a hydraulic warning - we don't just top up, we do it right.

Photo 1: Genuine VW Group Central Hydraulic Oil *G 004 000 M2* - the correct mineral-based hydraulic oil for VW central hydraulic systems. No universal fluid, only factory-spec.

Photo 2: Underbody check on the hoist - inspecting for leaks around the mechatronic / transmission area while we service the hydraulic system.

Photo 3: Up on the lift for a full inspection - wheels off, system bled and checked.

VW / Audi / Skoda with DSG and central hydraulics need the exact fluid and proper procedure - wrong oil = expensive damage.

*Is your VW giving you a hydraulic or transmission warning?*
