Requirements:

🔧Extensive knowledge of caravan repairs, including but not limited to insurance work, servicing, modifications (desirable)
🔧Ability to diagnose and complete jobs independently to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
🔧Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a calm, respectful, and professional manner
🔧Hands-on approach — able to carry out the work, not just oversee it
🔧Strong commitment to the workplace with a reliable and consistent work ethic
🔧Capability to step up and manage day-to-day operations in the manager’s absence

We provide:

🗄️38 hr week, 8am - 4pm, 30 min lunch, 2 x 10 min smoko
