While the weather hasn't been favourable the last couple of months for detailing, we've been tackling some smaller jobs.

We had this Uppa-Baby stroller in for a presale detail. We gave it a thorough vacuum and removed all the dirt and stains.

It has come up like new and is now ready for sale.

We had this Kia Sportage in for an interior clean. The main issue we had to deal with was a build up of a caramel like substance in the back seats from kids being kids. It was a bit time consuming but nothing we couldn't handle. This Kia is now looking and smelling nice and clean 👌

Over the last week we've had this Nissan Navara in for a presale detail.

Being a trusty work ute, it was littered with the usual road grime and traffic film. So we gave it a thorough exterior wash and decontamination prior to a paint enhancement polish, to bring back some gloss and richness to the paintwork.

We then gave the interior a good clean and gave the engine bay a bit of a tidy up. We also replaced a very yellowed tail light which the customer supplied.

This Navara is now looking clean and tidy, ready for a new owner.

We had this Nissan Navara that we had done before back in for a spruce up. The weather wasn't on our side this weekend but we were able to give the vehicle a good pre wash before moving it into the shed for a rinseless wash and decontamination. The paint/clear coat thickness wasn't the best but we decided to only give it a light polish to cut back some of the paint defects whilst still restoring a lot of the gloss and depth to the paint. The vehicle was then protected with a long term paint sealant to help maintain the freshly polished look. We also gave the interior a bit of a tidy up.

🔷️2024 Isuzu MUX new car protection package🔷️

When you purchase a brand new car from a dealership, you expect it to look like a brand new car. Unfortunately that is rarely the case as the vehicles accumulate dirt and grime in transit to the dealership aswell as cleaning marks and scratches from the dealership attempting to clean the car.

To make matters worse, car manufacturers nowadays are applying less paint/clear coat to the cars in an attempt to lower production costs and improve efficiency which in turn limits the amount of compounding/polishing that can be safely undertaken to the vehicle.

This 2024 Isuzu MUX came in for a new car protection package. It came to us with a few scuffs, isolated scratches and minor swirl marks from the dealership. The vehicle was given a thorough wash and decontamination, a light polish and then coated with a 2 layer ceramic coating system to enhance the paints slickness and to increase stain and UV resistance. The car was also given an interior tidy up, an engine bay tidy up and a wheel sealant.

We are officially back in business after a long hiatus! Our first job back was this VE SV6, in for one of our ceramic coating packages.

The paintwork was littered with stonechips, waterspots and bug splatter etchings, some deeper isolated scratches and moderate swirls that really dulled the look of the paint.

After a thorough wash and decontamination,
the vehicle was given multiple stages of polishing to effectively reduce the defects, whilst minimising the amount of clear coat removed.

We then applied a 2 layer ceramic coating system to offer maximum protection to the freshly polished paintwork, whilst enhancing the depth and saturation of the beautiful, black paint.

The vehicle was also given an interior detail clean, including a fabric and leather protectant, an engine bay tidy up and a wheel sealant.
