370KW Stock FG 3576 Pump 98!

A new dyno record for us on a stock turbo with the Matts Body Works FG Turbo laying down 370KW on the roller dyno with 18psi peak and tapering off to 14psi in the top end.

These are great numbers on the OEM fitted GT3576 Turbocharger running pump 98 fuel.

This is the perfect example of why the leading brands in the parts you choose really matter when it comes to the crunch.

As an example the same setup with no name brand (you know who they are) parts will usually yield a result around the 330-340kw mark

850,000 KM Revival!

We had the pleasure of tuning this 70 series ute now fitted with the GTurbo Diesel Performance 1HZ Turbo Starter kit & optioned with a PDI Front Mount Intercooler kit.

As always they guys at Performance Diesel Spares took care of the turbo spec'd Injector Pump which produced beautifully controlled fuelling throughout the entire rev range.

The old girl had done a lot of work so the guys at A&P Kochskamper Automotive in Ballarat carried out an engine rebuild to turbo spec whilst getting all the turbo gear fitted up.

The 1HZ now drives how it always should have with a very conservative tune up leaving AFR's at 20:1 with 15psi boost.

LS Turbo Sand Drag Weapon

We had the pleasure of checking the tune up on Justin's Single turbo Stock bottom end 6.0L LS Sand Drag Car.
Running a Quickfuel Blow through E85 Carb & Single turbo setup the combo made an Impressive 790HP on just 13psi.
We controlled ignition timing via an MSD LS Ignition controller.

She's pretty rowdy on the dyno so I'm sure there will be many smiles to be had at the track!
