Turner Automotive Technology Premium automotive workshop with state of the art diagnostic technology allowing custom dyno tuning, servicing and all mechanical and electrical diagnosis.

Turner Automotive Technology provides high quality vehicle repairs, servicing, diagnostics and performance upgrades. All auto electrical repairs, wiring and diagnostics carried out in house. LPG and Air Conditioning repairs, regas, servicing and diagnostics also available. Performance upgrades including cold air intakes, exhausts, camshafts, superchargers and custom dyno tuning available for all Holden models, LS engines and Holden 308/304. Tune up and dyno tuning of other models also available including Chrysler 300C and older model cars, standard and high performance carburettor tuning. Tyre fitting, Wheel Balancing and Wheel Alignments all carried out on site in our spacious workshop. Any automotive issue we can repair. Servicing and maintenance of your daily driver to your high performance street car. Quality is paramount.

These days we have been so busy on the tools 🛠 we haven’t had much time to update any work on the socials.

There have been plenty of projects over the last few years, a lot of them using all the tools and equipment we have in the shop to produce some lovely street cars.

Our next few posts we will give some insight into what we have been up to and fixing along the way.

AWD Adventra Engine Repairs

This LS1 engine had a few oil leaks so we pulled it out to replace all the seals and gaskets and freshened up the valve train while we were at it

✅ Crow Camshaft
✅ LS7 Lifters
✅ Rollmaster Timing Set
✅ Melling Oil Pump
✅ Genuine GM Gaskets top to bottom

Getting this VF through engineering with an emissions test and tuning to suit.

Being fitted with a Heartbeat blower, aftermarket camshaft and decent exhaust, there were a few challenges.

After some new Euro V cat converters were fitted, we smoothed out the idle and tuned the fuel table to suit the emission targets for this year model. All good and passed with flying colours 🌳 ♻️ 🚗 💨

Next LS3 engine on the go.

Unfortunately this one lost the roller on a lifter and damaged the camshaft and lifter bores.

This is getting a complete overhaul, new Crow camshaft and Mahle pistons. Keen to see it on the dyno. Updates to follow 🚗 💨

There’s always something new going on at Turner Automotive.

We were tasked to bring this old Alfa GTV back to life after 10+ years in storage.

Still looking dusty, this twin spark turbo engine is back to running like it should.

✅ Oil pump primed
✅ Cylinder bores lubricated
✅ Fuel system cleaned
✅ Injectors ultrasonic clean and flow test
✅ New water pump, thermostat, radiator
✅ Cooling system flush
✅ New fluids, battery, spark plugs

A bit of work needed to get these old cars running again, now the engine is sorted, we are onto the brakes.
