🔧 Volkswagen Amarok V6 – Coolant Fl**ge Replacement

What looked like a simple job turned into a much bigger mission!

This Volkswagen Amarok came into Sergio Automotive for coolant fl**ge replacement on both sides of the engine. Due to the limited access, we had to remove the engine mounts and surrounding components to reach the parts properly.

✅ Removed the necessary components for access
✅ Thoroughly cleaned the sealing surfaces before fitting the new parts
✅ Fitted genuine Volkswagen parts
✅ Refilled and bled the cooling system correctly
✅ Test drove the vehicle and checked everything – all good!

🚗 Audi Q3 – Engine Warning Light & Limp Mode Diagnosis

Today at Sergio Automotive Bairnsdale, this Audi Q3 came in with the engine warning light illuminated and the vehicle going into limp mode, resulting in reduced engine power.

🔧 Our diagnostic findings:

🚗 BMW X5 – Vehicle Check & Engine Oil Level Correction

BMW 320i – Misfire & Limp Mode Diagnostic 🔧

Today we had a BMW 320i come into Sergio Automotive with a serious misfire only under full load and the vehicle going into limp-home mode, resulting in a major loss of power.

We carried out a full diagnostic inspection, including:
🔧 Checking all spark plugs
🔧 Testing the ignition coil packs
🔧 Compression testing
🔧 Further inspection of the ignition system

After checking everything closely, we found one faulty spark plug causing the misfire and triggering the vehicle to go into limp mode.

A proper diagnostic process is important — rather than simply replacing parts, we test the system step by step to find the actual cause of the problem.
