Ultimate detail was done on a 200 series LandCruiser.
The car was extremely filthy on the inside with smoke smell along with some sort of other smell were present. There were dirt and grimes almost everywhere. It was one of the biggest job I have ever done.
There were long years worth of dirt trapped deep inside the carpets which were extremely hard to remove/extract. Also, there were filthy objects present on some areas. A full steam cleaning was performed to remove the dirt as much as possible. The headliners had stains which were cleaned. The seats were extremely dirty which had been cleaned and then conditioned later on. There were pet hair stuck in between the hard to reach areas which were vacuumed. After cleaning the interior thoroughly, majority of the smell were gone. At the end, the ozone gas had been run inside to get rid of the remaining smell.
On the exterior, there were heaps of scratches and swirls were present. Majority of them had been polished out. The headlights were a bit faded. Although the bull bar was on the way, but managed to restore the headlights as good as possible. Then a ceramic coating formulated for headlights was applied to prolong the protection. The side steps were acid washed to remove the ingrained dirt.
I ended up taking a lot of before after photos. To minimise the number of photos, I am uploading photos in collage.
