This company is rude swears at its customers and does dodgy work.
I broke down and i guess being in a wheel chair the mechanic decided to take advantage of me. Originally he quoted $300 for second hand part and told me that it would take a week to get one in. We had to hire a car and were stuck in Atherton for a week. When the job was done we picked up the car went to pay and the receptionist handed over a bill for $800 I said they quoted me $300 and they said too bad thats the price. i needed my car back and had no choice. Less than 2000km later the same problem is occurring and when i rang them up to see if they could do anything they in these exact word promptly told me to go F*** myself.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY CAIRNS IS ONLY 80km away and i am sure there is a reputable mechanic there. NRMA / RACQ recommended these guys and wanted nothing to do with it after.
