A new Category for the Adelaide Hills Rally in 2026 is the 130 Advanced Rally Regularity. This is as the title says a Regularity section with a top speed of 130km/h and an average speed of 90km/h (normal regularity is top speed of110km/h and average of 70km/h). Competitors will need a car and apparel that is of club rally specifications to compete in the category. Scoring will be done the same as normal regularity where a time is set by the organisers to do the stage in, and then there will be penalty points for being slow or fast on each stage. We hope this helps bridge the gap between full competition and normal regularity.

It will be great to have the cars and teams that are competing in the Adelaide Hills Rally showing off their skills in the middle of Adelaide at the Supercars Grand Final. Well done to the ARC Promoters for making this happen in front of 280,000 people over the 4 days.
