Injection moulded factory looking goodness. After seeing the rubbish quality/finish of 3D printed panels we decided to go all out and make them look 1000 times better 😎

2025 y62 stuff...
as many of you know we had a dabble in some 3D printed switch panels upon first release of the 25 model y62, however not overly impressed with the sub standard look of the materials and grainy finish etc we decided to step it up a touch an get into some injection moulding and WOW! What a game changer 👌
We now have injection moulded switch panels available that look like its direct from nissan.
400 in stock ready to go.

HBMC...
I have been meaning to make a post up like this for years but never got around to it.
The system is like any other hydraulic system that imo required maintenance.
Just like an engine, gearbox or diff, verything lubricated moves and creates friction whilst the oil slowly deteriorates and losed its properties.
We have done some hbmc syystem flush an represures at the 100k mark.
Maybe we should do them a little earlier on the vehicles used a bit harder or that spend time on corrugated roads... just food for thought to help plolong the life of the nissan suspension system 🤷

For example, these 3 bottles(one from each of the first 3 shocks) are from a y62 at 80000kms the one on the right is once we finished the fluch and repressure.
