245 block strip down measured checked for defects all machine work carried out.
Cylinders Bored and honed suit the piston 60"
Block face deck skimmed
Crankshaft machined 10/10
Rods close honed
Cleaned block.
Rear main seal
Hypertec 60" pistons
Hastings 60" piston rings
ACL 10" main bearings
ACL 10" bigend bearings
J/P Dual row timing chain kit.
Chrysler NOS lifters
Fuel efficient camshaft R/F
ACL cam bearings
Oil pump rebuilt to suit application
Bottom end gasket set.
245 Head stripped down cleaned checked for defects and measured.
Then all machine work carried out
Suit application.
Installation height checked
Reface valves
Reface head surface.
6 x ex Valves, 6 x in Valves
12 x Steam seal, 12 x K lines
12 Valve springs 12 x Retainers
Full set of coleets
Full VRS
Engine assembled.

All our engines go on test bench cam run in and checked over before dispatch.

This is drop straight in bolt up ready to go Or accessories can be removed if you just want long engine save some money if you want to put your own accessories on.

This engine is built to suit daily driver suitable for STD 2bb carburetor or 4 barrel application.

Exchange serviceable 245 required.
If you dont have serviceable exchange core available a core price will be charged at $550.oo
