We’re Hiring – Workshop & Service Coordinator

Marshall Mowers & CFMOTO Albany is looking for an organised, customer-focused person to join our team as a Workshop & Service Coordinator.

This is primarily an office and front-counter based role, coordinating workshop bookings, customer updates, job flow, counter sales and daily service operations.

We’re looking for someone who is confident with computers, comfortable dealing with customers by phone and face-to-face, and able to keep a busy service department organised.

Experience in a mechanical, automotive, machinery, dealership or service environment would be highly regarded, but you do not need to be a qualified mechanic.

💰 $75,000 – $90,000 per year, depending on experience
📍 Albany, WA
🕒 Full-time position

The successful applicant will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs, while delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Essential Requirements:
✅ Certificate III in Motorcycle Mechanical Technology or Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
✅ Eligible to be listed on the WA Motor Vehicle Repairers Register
✅ Current Motorcycle Licence (essential)
✅ Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
✅ High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
