What a crazy year it has been?? And how the hell are we here already?? But it’s time to actually spend some quality time with loved ones and enjoy the festive season! Our last day is Thursday 16th December and we will be returning nice and refreshed ready for another big year on Monday 10th January 2022. We wanted to thank all our customers and suppliers for another amazing year! We appreciate all your support and work. We look forward to coming back next year even bigger and better. Do you have choice of repairer on your policy? 👀

Many of our customers 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 have been caught out by this simple clause on a policy 📃 Let it be known insurance companies default to a “preferred repairer” not a “choice of repairer”. It’s something you must ask to add to your policy. 🚗

It is your right to choose who works on your car 🔧 Ask the question so that when you come to claim you are not directed to take your car to a repairer or location that is not convenient for you. 🛻

As the “insured preferred repairer” might not have the knowledge or contacts to carry out works to manufacturers standards as they are usually driven by speed and costs  💰 rather than quality of repair. 🔨
