Turns out we work on everything!
We had this GTR come in for a clutch issue.
This one was interesting as there isn't much GTR left in it.
We found a few surprises along the way but made it all work and its on its way back interstate to compete in other drift events.

Brakes matter!

These are completely done and should have been replaced some time ago.
The brake wear indicator still has not illuminated on the dash.
The only warning to the driver was the occasional squeak.

A friendly reminder to put your lights on today where ever you may be travelling.

We have are expecting a serious amount of rain today and over the weekend and this will reduce visibility.

Some tips to stay safe out there.
- Keep your distance and allow for the unexpected
- Lights on! Check they are all working
- Make sure your wipers are in good condition and working, if not pop past and we will help
- Stay away from flooded roads, you don't know what's under that water.

When a simple starter motor replacement isn't so simple.
Cars are becoming increasingly complex which means car manufacturers have to come up with new ways to package parts into the cars they are designing and building.
This is a great example of a manufacturer making a decision around component packaging and making a starter motor replacement more complex with more parts needing to be removed to gain access.

This tyre is falling apart internally, what you see here is air getting in between the layers of the rubber that is used to make up the tyre.
This is why we stress about the age of tyres, old tyres degrade internally and externally, the internal stuff we cannot see until it does something like this!

Long weekends are a great time to explore some of the wonderful places around the state.

To help make sure you have a safe trip away make sure you follow our quick check list

* Check your oil level
* Check your coolant level
* Check your tyre pressures (Most passenger cars a should be around 36psi)
* Check your tyre tread make sure there are no major cracks or wear
* Check your lights are working correctly

Then enjoy a safe drive with regular fatigue breaks and embrace the wonderful views on offer in SA.

Things that go bump in the Honda!

Customer brought their car in mentioning a clunk noise when changing gears and accelerating, turns out there wasnt much holding the engine into the car any more.

New set of mounts and it drives like a new car again!
