This Toyota Prado came in to fix some exhaust leaks but upon driving the vehicle, it was evident that it had a major missfire and was shaking the vehicle and exhaust.
Before commencing any repair work, we quickly checked the ignition system and found a dead coil and the leads were coming apart.
We contacted the customer with our discovery and was given the green light to replace the flexi joint, the warped fl**ge and a full set of leads and coils.
Not only is it much quieter, but also running sweet.

Another VE SS getting a cat back 409 stainless custom exhaust.
The bolt on system was way past it's used by date, and the customer wanted something a bit more long lasting.
Our exhaust will out live the previous system, fit better and look a lot more professional with matching tip levels, and painted black to match the car.

HAPPY BATHURST DAY !!!

And we've got some Aussie Muscle to show you today.
This Charger has had some bigger boots fitted and required the mufflers moved further inboard and the tail pipes modified to suit.
We did our best to lift the centre section whilst sorting the mufflers, but the tail pipes got cut into pieces and completely remade. Turns out our design had some mandrel bends left over, which will increase flow and just tidies the overall look.

Michael's Fairlane's all done and back home.
It's been a massive job shoe horning those four 2 inch pipes and creating something close to matching the passenger side, we created the slip on collector out of the original item, and we got the length pretty much perfect.
From there, we've gone for a twin 3 inch 409 stainless steel system, and as asked, dumped it over the diff with the black end's, are almost impossible to see from behind.

Michael's back, and this time he's brought us a Fairlane to wave our magic MIG wand over.
Aftermarket heads have pushed the Pacemaker 2 inch primary extractors to the limit, tight on the Passenger side, and impossible on the Drivers.
A simple request to modify the R/H side has snow balled into a complete build. Between the strut tower, steering box, hand brake cable and large starter motor, a three piece set up was still impractical and the decision to remake that side into a five piece was the only solution.
We're part way through the build today, with all four pipes in place. Just the collector left, then onto the exhaust.

Nothing better than braking normality , putting down the mig and swapping it for the soldering iron.
The bosses Colorado got some loving with an integrated Pioneer touch screen infotainment system, complete with reversing camera, steering wheel control capabilities and other nice features.
Bolt in front spacers and Alpine S drive front speakers.
Modified the factory rear speakers to accommodate matching rear Alpine S drive coaxial's.
While the door trims were off, we've upgraded the mirrors also.
Finally, checking the spot light wiring,as they were not working. A simple rewire of the main power feed was all that was required.

A bit of class in this week for a major exhaust upgrade. The exhaust on this MK 1 Jag had called time and broke away from it's manifold. It had been repaired a few times but was downgrading the vehicle.
We've recreated the engine pipe to enhance flow, then created a 2.25 inch system with a lukey 316 tri flow muffler. All the pipe work is in the 409 stainless steel with an old school angle cut tips to keep some originality.
