This is a difficult announcement to make but unfortunately it’s real. Last Thursday the server that hosted all of our websites was attacked by hackers and our entire network was brought down. With close on 20 years of article’s, pictures, information to all of our products, plus our online web store have disappeared from the internet. We had made changes over the years to keep our website security up to date and have spent money on patches, plugins and firewalls to keep it safe but the hackers still got in. I know there were other businesses who also had their websites on the same server and I feel for them also. While we now have to rebuild, we will still be processing orders, and until we get our web store back up you can still purchase through the following distributors.

The topic of limiter bashing is something we get asked about, so here is something
That should answer your questions, clear up the myths.
Briggs and Stratton has done extensive infinite life testing with engines ran on the rev limiter. Many of our applications such as the Junior 206 in karting or snowmobiles spend the majority of their life on the rev limiter. Fuel contamination is not a measurable issue and with a decade of usage in the field it reconfirms our extensive testing in-house. Even worse case scenario which is YEARS worth of racing there is no measurable contamination or film strength loss as a result. Seeing that 60 plus hours without an oil change is not likely the point becomes even more mute. Using a quality oil and installing the engine properly are the two critical factors in the life and durability of the engine. Offsetting the engine more than 1/2" greatly increases vibration and wear over time. Running oils not designed for a splash l**e, air cooled system or labeled as a 'karting' oil typically PAG based can accelerate wear as these oils foam and/or break down rapidly with heat. So there you have it, we can’t make people buy our engine mount, use the oil that is recommended by the factory. TEKA - The Endurance Karting Association We have no alliance with Karting Australia we are not controlled by any governing body we set our own prices we don't buy business or try to control clubs or associations. We have supplied member controlled clubs for many years and will continue to do so.
