w wrecks coming in every day so we can usually post out any part on the day. If we don’t have a part in stock, we can often source it in a short period of time. Quite often, when you ring for a part, you won’t know what it is called. We have exploded diagrams of all vehicles and engines. We will email an image of the area you are looking at, in your vehicle and using this, and our extensive knowledge of the cars we wreck, we can identify the part you are looking for. 🚙 Staff Car Highlight | Garage to the Oodnadatta Track

One of the best parts of what we do at Triumph Rover Spares is seeing the vehicles we’ve worked on get out there and do what they were built for — and this trip was a perfect example.

Our own Chris and his wife recently spent 12 days covering 2,656km along the Oodnadatta Track in their Discovery 4, joined by a mate and his family in another Disco 4.

This D4 has been through our workshop over the years, picking up some serious touring upgrades along the way — including a Triumph Rover Spares alloy water outlet, Brembo brake upgrade, Llams ride height controller, Rhino-Rack platform, and an ARB bullbar with Warn Xeon Platinum winch.

And the best part? The original 3.0 TDV6 is still going strong with 357,000km on the clock. It pushed through mud while towing a fully loaded camper trailer, and even handled the long wait when heavy rain closed the roads around Oodnadatta for four days.

A proper test of the vehicle, the setup and the driver — and a great reminder that a well-looked-after Disco can still go the distance. 🇦🇺
