That's exactly the transformation ACT Hire was looking for.
Rather than replacing a perfectly good truck, they partnered with Aldom Transport Engineering to remove the existing beavertail and replace it with a completely new custom-built Aldom body - purpose-built around the way they operate.
The result? A tougher, safer and more practical transport solution that's ready for many more years of reliable service.
Highlights of the new build:
✅ Custom-engineered 7.2m beavertail body
✅ Recessed 12 tonne electric winch
✅ Full-length anti-slip rubber deck
✅ Heavy-duty reinforced tie rails with additional load restraint points
✅ Rubber-coated loading ramps for improved traction
✅ New toolboxes, 60L water tank and upgraded LED lighting
✅ Premium 2-pack white finish with safety yellow access points
