CTKG is not only my business but my life motto. I was in a car accident when I was 16 and ended up with some pretty brutal injuries. I always get asked how I overcame everything and bounced back into life and the honest answer is fitness. Fitness picked me back up not only physically but mentally. I am here to help anyone overcome anything they are going through, fitness is such a positive outlet

for anyone and if I can make a positive impact and change on even just one person then I have won. Whether you have a physical or mental battle if you choose to keep going you can overcome it and my job is to be there every step of the way! It’s pretty normal and very common to get frustrated in your training. Maybe you don’t feel you are getting results, you might be pushing to hit a new pb or weight goal and coming up short. Patience is truly key. It’s so important to take a step back every now and then. Acknowledge progress in all forms.
this is me, left: May 2017. Middle: December 2017 and right: September 2018.
I will have days where I might not be performing how I expect myself too, or I’m not hitting the weight in an exercise I am aiming for.. and I will be so disappointed. But I was literally in a coma 5 years ago, when I woke up for days on end I would have to sleep for 2+ hours after every 10 metres I walked due to exhaustion. And now I’m lifting 100kg off the ground. And RUNNING. Moving my body in a way I didn’t know if I would be able to but I bloody am.
Take a step back and give yourself credit. The mental part of training is equally as important as the physical.

Yesssssss that’s right another group class is coming your way. Tomorrow is my LAST DAY at Anytime Fitness Parabanks. As of Monday I will be now working at Anytime Fitness Salisbury Downs! (Across the road from Hollywood Plaza) This class will be starting this coming Tuesday so don’t miss that!! And don’t worry my Monday and Wednesday night classes at Anytime Fitness Parafield Gardens are sticking around so you can still catch me there too!!

I am so proud to work somewhere that not only acknowledges mental health but creates AWARENESS, because it's a massive issue and is definitely something I will never be quiet about.

This challenge is May 25 and you can book a slot at any Anytime starting at just 15 minutes and chucking in $1 for every minute. It's such a good cause!

I've just booked my slot at my Anytime Parabanks!!

I will ALSO for the month of May be donating $2 from every PT session I run to my favourite mental health charity, livin. These guys are doing such good things and creating a massive buzz about mental health and su***de prevention so please get around them.

I have some sessions still available Friday and next week so get at me for a session! Your first 1 on 1 session is FREE ($10 casual fee for non members) and I will still be donating $2 for those sessions to livin 💘💘💘
