For sale a lightly used 1/1 hotside turbo kit suit Fiesta ST made up ready to go, kit has done under 2000kms and is in near new condition.

-Garrett G25-550 stainless vband rear housing
-Equal length long runner exhaust manifold wrapped with titanium heat wrap
-3.5'' 304 stainless dump pipe with flex & wastegate recirculation port
-304 stainless wastegate plumb back pipe
-304 stainless screamer pipe
-Wastegate port plug
-Silicone inlet/outlet elbows
-Turbo oil drain pipe to suit
-Rubber coolant feed/return hoses (not pictured)
-New Turbosmart Hypergate gen V 45mm wastegate (not pictured)
-Generic aftermarket aluminium hotside intercooler pipe (not pictured)

Complete one of a kind kit that only requires water/oil line plumbing to fit to your car, no other kit available has the option to plumb back the wastegate or run a screamer pipe with a simple change over, lots of time and care has gone into this setup to achieve this, we have finished our development with this kit and is now surplus to our needs.
Perfect for someone looking to make big power but keep the setup looking stealth with the turbo in its near stock location.

The next stage of our development with this platform has seen us move over to a larger Garrett G25 turbo and Turbosmart wastegate to allow us to continue to explore the capabilities of this engine.

Featuring our equal length long runner design steam pipe turbo manifold with, larger diameter runners, close to standard turbo position and ideal wastegate location for the best possible boost control with this configuration.

We have also made both recirculating wastegate return and race screamer pipe that can be changed over with ease.

We are utilizing a 3'' Aluminium intake, very similar to what is used with the OEM and hybrid turbo setups we offer for these cars.

Our objective with this setup was to keep it as compact and functional as possible while focusing on performance to make the best complete setup within our means.

Now that we can finally release some details on it all..

We were lucky enough to help out with some testing on the new soon to be released Turbo Technics S290 turbo, which we were able to directly compare with their S280 and the Garrett G25-550 on a very similar setup.

Even though its early days, it looks to be a promising step up from what is an extremely well-matched turbo for these engines in the S280, if you’re looking to make a some more top end power but not give up too much response in the process this new turbo should be ideal.

We modified ours with the deletion of the IWG setup and matched it to one of our equal length exhaust manifolds.

Outright results can be seen below, on comparative boost levels the S290 holds power very close to that of the G25 up top all while coming onto boost 1000RPM sooner, on our setup the S280 would come on around 700RPM sooner than the S290 however was not capable of matching the other turbos for top end boost.

To answer a few common questions that are sure to be asked, these tests were all done with a standard engine, running on E85 fuel, using AUX fuelling and a standalone ECU

**New Product Release**

3'' single piece intake pipes to suit tubular longer runner manifolds, with the growing number of people upgrading their turbo's and manifolds there was a calling for a new design of intake to suit this setup and help reduce intake temps, with most other offerings on the market not accounting for the larger turbo manifolds and either having fitment issues or sitting very close resulting in much higher intake air temps thus hindering performance, our kit solves these problems.

Bit of a follow up from our last post regarding gearbox oils and their importance with the IB6 Gearbox in the MK7 fiestas and alike.

We have been racing and using this platform for some time now and tried many different oils and combinations of setup in relation to the engine & drivetrain.

Over this time with various oils we have seen premature wear on synchro's, dog rings and even gears themselves, right down to catastrophic failure of gears and components inside the gearbox, on top of this the IB6 gearbox has always seemed to be a bit notchy between gear changes.

Whilst you can run any correctly rated oil in your gearbox and think that is that then deal with the performance it gives you, not knowing how much better it could be.

Since moving over to the BG Syncroshift II oil we have noticed a very big change in shift quality that no other oil we have run has been able to replicate, shifts are much smoother with less effort required to select the next gear and the gearbox sounds less clunky than it used to, what this means for the future is that the synchro rings will be working better and wearing less, along with all the rest of the components in the gearbox.

2x 1 quart bottles is adequate for a full fill in the IB6 and the oil is compatible with all types of L*D units that may be fitted.

Because it is a product we use and recommend, we are now stocking and selling it here in Australia, we have it available in 1 quart bottles and can organize to have it posted AUS wide.

We have some exciting news.

We are now stocking and selling.
BG Synchroshift II fully synthetic gear oil

Our initial testing of this oil have found it to be the best locally available for the IB6 gearbox in the MK7 fiesta ST’s, straight away we noticed much smoother shifting, quicker gear changes with less clunking and a much nicer feel to the gearbox, long term this should also help prevent premature wear of the synchros and dog rings.

Available in 1 quart bottles (946ml)
