prototech gliedert sich in drei wesentliche Bereiche. Das Konstruktionsbüro, die mechanische Fertigung und die Kfz-Werkstätte. Da diese Bereiche direkt aneinandergrenzen ist die Umsetzung von Theorie und Praxis am Fahrzeug schnell und zielführend möglich. So folgt beispielsweise der Evaluierung des Ist-Zustandes am Fahrzeug eine computerunterstützte Analyse bzw. Konstruktion und anschließend eine

Fertigung unter Zuhilfenahme mechanischer Fertigungsverfahren wie beispielsweise Drehen und Fräsen. Aufgrund umfangreicher Werkzeug- und Maschinenausrüstung können beinahe alle Arbeiten aufeinander abgestimmt werden, lästige Wartezeiten oder Abhängigkeiten durch Dritte werden somit auf ein Minimum reduziert.

Alfa transaxle: for proper Shifting You Need to Check the Position of the forks Inside the gearbox. One Method is opening an old rear section! You can now Check the forks adjustment as well as you can See if the gears Go clear in the case. This is a close Ratio dogbox with a 480Nm limit

Few people know what rare Engine this is! Even fewer get the Chance to work on this engines! I feel proud and satisfied to do some of these masterpieces of Alfa Romeo! The ultra rare Autodelta 16 valve engine. Took me a long time to get there. Thanks to every single client ( Not only Alfa Romeo) who trusted in my skills and supported my way to become the man behind the dyno!

What about more torque for your Datsun Z ? The engine was built with a sporty cam, higher comp-ratio, triple sidedrafts, sports header and some minor mods. On the dynosheet you can see the difference between an mounted air box in the black graph and open trumpets in red - stop dreaming - start tuning!
