**Every high-performance engine deserves a calibration built specifically for its hardware.**

This Triumph Street Triple 765 is powered by a professionally tuned **Moto2-spec engine**, making the original ECU calibration completely unsuitable.

Instead of simply modifying a few fuel and ignition tables, we rebuilt the complete engine calibration from scratch inside the OEM ECU
and rescaled the rpm axis to be able to calibrate the engine to up to 14500rpm. Every relevant map was developed and optimized on our dyno to match the characteristics of this unique engine combination.

The result:
✅ Perfect fueling throughout the entire RPM and throttle range
✅ Optimized ignition timing
✅ Smooth and predictable throttle response
✅ Maximum rideability and performance
✅ OEM ECU functionality fully retained

After countless dyno runs and extensive calibration work, the bike now delivers **over 156HP at the crank** with a perfectly refined power delivery.

This Triumph Street Triple conversion came to us equipped with an early version of the Mectronik WSSP electronics. The goal was to update the ECU with the latest available software package.

However, the current WSSP 2.30.xx software includes a more restrictive throttle strategy. Naturally, our customer wanted to retain the bike's full, unrestricted performance.

To achieve this, we removed the throttle limitations and further optimized the calibration to work seamlessly with our **-7° twist grip insert**.

Instead of spending several hundred euros on an aftermarket throttle assembly, we simply install our insert into the OEM throttle housing and calibrate the ECU accordingly. This provides a cost-effective solution while adding even more value to our custom ECU tuning services.

This heavily modified Daytona 765 made the trip all the way from Belgium for a complete MCE electronics and performance package.

We carried out a custom ECU calibration, installed an ECU Master Dashboard, fitted our unique ABS Eliminator, unique Fast Shift Sensor and built a heavily simplified wiring harness. We also integrated the owner's „Bikesport Developments“ handlebar switches to communicate directly via CAN bus.

The result: all unnecessary components removed, no limitations, and full onboard data acquisition. Also Quickshifter and Auto-Blipper directly integrated into his 2017-2019 Street Triple 765 ECU.

To top it off, we properly tuned the highly modified engine, which now delivers over **150 hp**—essentially matching the output of a genuine M2 race bike that we previously tested on our dyno.

Die zuverlässige Funktion unseres ABS-Eliminator-Dongles ist entscheidend für die Performance der Traktionskontrolle an deinem Triumph Racebike. Deshalb haben wir einen eigenen Prüfstand entwickelt, mit dem Signalverarbeitung und Funktion des Dongles präzise analysiert und validiert werden können.

Für die detaillierte Auswertung der Messzyklen wurde eine spezielle Analysesoftware mit integrierter „Spike Detection“ entwickelt. Dadurch konnten die Filterparameter exakt abgestimmt und die Signalqualität gezielt optimiert werden.

Zusätzlich bietet unser ABS-Dongle ein weiteres Highlight: Wird der Eliminator in Verbindung mit unserem ECUMaster Dashboard-Kit verwendet, so können die Reifenumfänge direkt im Dashboard eingestellt werden. Dadurch bleibt der Eingriff der Traktionskontrolle auch bei der Verwendung von „Big Size“-Reifen zuverlässig und präzise erhalten.

Ein Nakedbike für die Rennstrecke - aber bitte mit DRUCK. 😎

Diese 765er Streety sollte ein Nakedbike für die Rennstrecke werden -> wir haben daher den Carbon-RamAir Kanal aus dem Vollverkleidungskit montiert, jedoch mit (Eigenbau-) Aufnahme für das neue ECUMaster Dashboard und original Street Triple Maske.

Zur einfacheren Installation unseres RACE Kits, ist der neue MCE ABS Eliminator Dongle genau richtig -> das schwere ABS Modul wurde entfernt und eine Halterung angefertigt, sodass das GPS Modul seinen Platz findet.

Für die nötige Bremsleistung sorgt nun eine Galespeed Bremspumpe mit Stahlflex Bremsleitungen direkt zu den Bremssättel.

Natürlich wurde die ECU auf diesen Umbau abgestimmt und sämtliche exklusiven „MCE Goodies“ implementiert. (Kupplungsschalter zum starten des Motors deaktiviert, Wegfahrsperre deaktiviert, Kurzhubgasdrehgriff, keine Limitierungen der Sekundärübersetzung etc etc etc)
