Today, eVersum was a part of the non-profit project aiming to provide Christmas presents for children who otherwise might not have a present waiting for them on Christmas morning! 🎄🎅🏽

We want to make the world a better place however that might be - by providing sustainable transport solutions, or transporting Christmas gifts and help make the holidays a magical time for a few more children ❤️

🔧 Main Responsibilities:
- Planning, developing, and optimizing electric components and systems.
- Integrating electrical components for seamless communication.
- Ensuring safety and conducting tests on electrical systems.
- Developing control systems for efficient motor management.
- Crafting energy-efficient strategies and programming for electric systems.
- Ensuring compliance with automotive and safety standards and regulations.
- Implementing advanced technologies, including components of AD systems.

🌟 Key Challenges:
Creating electric vehicles for public transportation demands strict adherence to various automotive standards, regulations, and specific customer and market requirements. This includes a comprehensive approach to design, testing, and ex*****on to ensure compliance with regulations and user preferences.

🤝 Collaboration with Other Departments:
Our Electrical Engineering Department collaborates closely with the Mechanical Engineering, Design, Homologation, and Quality Control teams to ensure the seamless integration of components and systems into our electric vehicles. Effective communication and teamwork are key to optimizing processes and avoiding errors.

Following the exciting announcement of our partnership with Oxa at the Busworld Exhibitions in October, we are delighted to unveil our inaugural collaborative project at Belfast Harbourr within the pioneering Harlander Project.

Together, we are set to introduce environmentally friendly, zero-carbon shuttles manufactured by eVersum and operated by Oxa's state-of-the-art self-driving software. The eVersum eShuttle has the capacity to transport up to 40 passengers across Belfast's Innovation District and various other prominent tourist destinations. 🚌⚡

📅 Belfast Harbour services are scheduled to commence in 2025 with the backing of the government, supported by UK Research and Innovation and the Centre for Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CCAV).

🤝Jointly designing future mobility - sustainable, green, and innovative!

eVersum has awarded Hörmann Vehicle Engineering Hörmann Gruppe as development partner in the bodies and frame structures field for its future shuttle generations. In such cooperation, Hörmann will support eVersum in the project planning, 3D design of the chassis and body structure, integration of mechanical sub-systems, and perform the necessary accompanying technical calculations.
