LSI’s second half of 2025 showcased steady progress as usual, with notable accomplishments.
Our recent addition of Marlin Ann 2 tugboat along with 2 barges: Banda Ann and Bengal Ann were also a part of increasing availability for our valuable clients, enhancing our ability to offer Newer barges and more powerful tugs and operational efficiency. During this period, our teams readied vessels for a diverse array of projects and conducted drydocking on both newly acquired and existing assets. The Operations, Technical, and Logistics departments collaborated seamlessly to meet every deadline, delivering work of the highest standard. These collective efforts underscore LSI’s unwavering commitment to excellence and teamwork. At the core of these operations, LSI's Technical Department played a pivotal role. Serving as the backbone of the company's endeavors, the team ensured all vessels were in top-notch condition and tailored to meet client-specific project requirements. Their dedication contributed significantly to LSI’s consistent delivery of quality service and readiness.
In the second half of 2025, LSI achieved an occupancy rate of 53.44%. This amounted to a total of 5,506 days of on-hire across the entire fleet.
New personnel have joined our workforce over the second half of 2025. These additions span key departments, including Technical and Operations, ensuring that each area is well-equipped to meet evolving demands and deliver exceptional results.

During the second half of 2025, LSI successfully completed and supported several notable projects across the UAE, reflecting the company’s continued commitment to marine excellence, operational reliability, and strong brand representation. Alongside strengthening its corporate identity through the rebranding of four company vehicles in the official LSI livery, turning them into moving ambassadors across client visits, crew movements, supply runs, and project sites, LSI also remained actively involved in key marine operations. Bream Ann and Barge Khwar Ann supported a pipeline relocation project between Al Sila and Yasat Island in Abu Dhabi’s Al Dhafra Region, while Mullet Ann and Barge Khaleej Ann were deployed for an Artificial Reef project offshore Dubai near DMC, contributing to marine habitat restoration. LSI also supplied Tuna Ann and Hamriyah Ann for a five-month excavation and dredging project at Al Nurai Island, Abu Dhabi, supporting the client’s equipment and operations until successful project completion. In Dubai, Halibut Ann and Barge Khwar Ann, equipped with a Sumitomo crane, carried out marine works at the Deira Waterfront Market, including towing assistance, extraction of existing tubular piles, and installation of new and refurbished piles. These projects represent only a few of the many assignments completed by LSI during the six-month period, showcasing the company’s versatility, dependable fleet, skilled crew, and trusted role as a marine support partner for leading contractors.
Despite these new initiatives, the majority of our long-term projects continue to progress in Dubai and Abu Dhabi with multiple clients.Also projects were carried out in Oman and Iraq.
In terms of maintenance, our Technical Personnel were busy with scheduled drydocking:
• Suez Ann (19-06-25 to 29-07-25) - Docked at Al Jazeera, Ras Al Khaimah for Special Survey & Internal Spud Well Installation
• Banda Ann (11-07-25 to 20-07-25) - Docked at Albwardy, Damen for Special Survey Commencement
• Hamriyah Ann (05-09-25 to 21-09-25) - Docked at Albwardy, Damen for Special Survey
• Kathleen Ann (22-09-25 to 21-10-25) - Docked at Grandweld, Dubai Maritime City for Special Survey
• Manta Ann (18-10-25 to 21-11-25) - Docked at Albwardy, Damen for Special Survey
As we turned the page to a new chapter to 2026, we’re filled with a deep sense of gratitude for the progress and milestones achieved, and looking forward to a year filled with growth and opportunities.
