Most Gullwings live under a cover. This one still moves.
Before it was a road car, it was a race car — the W194 that won Le Mans and the Carrera Panamericana in 1952, two years before Mercedes-Benz agreed to build a version for the road.
No power steering, no assists. Just a 3.0L fuel-injected inline-six and direct mechanical feedback, exactly as it left Stuttgart.
