Reaan Dharmadasa CLAIMS the Mena Trophy and SECURES his ticket to the Rotax Grand Finals! 🏆

From start to finish an impressive set of performances from Reaan, and a very deserving result⭐️

That locks in 2 GGM drivers to be representing the UAE at the Grand Finals in Portimao next month👊

Saturday brought silverware here at Al Ain! 🏆

Yesterday’s report from the first race day of the MENA Trophy is here! ⬇️

MINI

Veikko Pajamaki ran well throughout the day, putting together a strong performance in the Final. He battled his way up to P4, then saw himself cross the line in P6 after some tough battling.💪

Unfortunately, Adam Xu was caught up in an incident during the Super Heat, bringing his race to an early end and preventing him from making it back out for the Final. That’s the last we will see of him this weekend, but we’re looking forward to seeing him back out and continuing his progress soon! 👊

JUNIOR

Bianca improved throughout the day, showing her progress in the Super Heat with a strong P8 finish. Unfortunately, a tricky start to the Junior Final saw her caught up in an incident and dropped further down the field, but she put together a great recovery drive from there. 🔥

Aaron Mason was unfortunately forced to retire on Lap 2 of the Final with technical issues. It wasn’t the result we wanted to see, but we know exactly what Aaron has to give as we head into today. 💪

SENIOR

Reaan Dharmadasa CLEAN-SWEPT every race throughout the day! Qualifying towards the front of the field, it was great to see Reaan carry that momentum through each race. 🧹🏆

It was also great to watch Shonal improve throughout the day, culminating in a solid Final drive and a breakthrough inside the top ten, coming away with P9! 👏

But that’s not all… it’s time for a second round of Finals NOW! 🏁

Today’s report to follow! 👀

Another race week is upon us! We return once again to Al Ain, this time for the Rotax Mena Trophy🏆

Just a few flicks from the Rotax Invitational! 📸

The team enjoyed another busy weekend, with strong pace across all classes and plenty of promising performances throughout the event⬇️
MINI

Liam O’Hanlon secured pole ⭐️ and showed strong pace through the heats, before an unavoidable incident in the Final saw him finish P6.

Veikko Pajamaki ran at the front of the field all weekend, fighting his way to a strong P7 👊

Adam Xu showed good speed, but a Pre-Final crash left him starting the Final from the back. A great recovery saw him gain 7 places to finish P12 👏

Jaxon Hoffman tackled Al Ain for the first time, improving throughout the weekend and narrowly missing the top Novice positions 👌

JUNIOR

Sava Kogay saw a brilliant weekend taking pole, a Heat win and the Pre-Final win 🥇 After dropping to P7 in the Final, he charged back to P2🥈setting the fastest lap🟣

Aaron Mason made a flying start to the Final, running P2 on lap the opening lap, after a race of battling he finished P7 🔥

Yehansa Senanyake ran inside the top 5 early in the Final, but a component failure dropped him back to P10.

Bianca Bartsch-Rosinska showed strong pace but was hit by a series of unlucky incidents, resulting in a DNF.

SENIOR

Max Endacott made his Senior Rotax and Al Ain debuts, improving throughout to finish P12 📈

Jayden Hidding qualified P3, but deleted laps left him fighting back through the field, eventually finishing P16.

Reaan Dharmadasa was also affected by deleted qualifying laps and fought back before a Final incident forced his retirement.

Kazuki Araki made his Senior Max and Al Ain debuts, finishing top 20 in the Pre-Final before an early Final retirement.

Now thats not the last that Al Ain is seeing of us, because we return again! 👀

The opening Rounds of IAME UAE sees Sava Kogay take the WIN in Junior on Sunday! 🏆

Another action packed weekend for the team, bringing home pace, progress and podium positions👀⬇️

Mini

Robert Oganyan made huge progress throughout the weekend, after nearly grasping a top 10, a disappointing Lap 1 incident in Round 2 brought an early end to his hopes of an U10 podium, but the pace and development throughout the event was second to none📈

Junior

Jasvir Bhatia showed plenty of fight in the large Junior field. After a determined Round 1, he started the Round 2’s final from the back of the field, making up places and setting his fastest lap of the weekend in the process🙌

Giovanni Dezzani was hampered by electrical issues during Round 1, but came back strong in Round 2, qualifying just two tenths away from P6. Unfortunately some tough starts in the races left him finishing further down the order than his pace suggested🤝

Sava Kogay ran consistently in the top 3 all weekend, Round 1 forced him to start from the back due to an engine seizure, but he fought his way through the field to P5.

Saving his best for Sundays racing, Sava made a last-lap move to take the victory in Round 2🏆

Senior

Mardin Soleymani showed strong speed throughout practice, but a difficult run in qualifying, left him with plenty of work to do in the races, as he did just that and fought through a strong grid👊

Kazuki Araki faced a DQ on Day 1, but bounced back with strong progress throughout the weekend. With the pace continuing to improve, and offering some impressive overtakes across the two rounds👌

Gabry Baricordi was among the top three drivers throughout the weekend. After a crash in round 1 denied him the result that his pace deserved, but he made amends in Round 2 with an impressive move around the outside in the closing laps to secure P3! 🥉

Max Endacott was unfortunately unable to show his true pace, with electrical issues affecting his running throughout the event, but we know this is just the beginning🤝

Overall, a strong run for each of our drivers.
And a big thank you to every member of our team who contributes to these busy weekends!
