The ID2600-XDS is the most recent offering from the partnership of Injector Dynamics and Bosch Motorsport.

The ID2600-XDS was developed specifically for use with liquid fuels, featuring corrosion resistant internals, and long term compatibility with ethanol and methanol.

The ID2600-XDS has the highest flow rate of any injector offered by Bosch, and flows 50% more than the ID1700x.

The ID2600-XDS benefits from Dual Slope Matching, a method of matching the flow rate in both the linear, and nonlinear operating range, providing better cylinder to cylinder consistency at low pulse widths.

The Albins high-shock load gear “ground” tooth profile rather than the conventionally hobbed tooth, delivering tooth profile perfection with zero noise. Robotic CMM scanned tooth profiles deliver perfect gear mesh with substantial increases in power-holding capability. The original 3-way motorsport damper is integrated in the JRZ RS PRO 3 system. The use of large shaft creates an optimum fluid displacement through adjustable blow off valve in compression, to control unsprung mass. A Special designed piston is used to filter out the large, high velocity movements seen with suspensions on street applications.

Compression
Control of the unsprung mass is achieved with our blow off valve. Steering balance and weight transfer rates are tuned with the low speed adjustment. The high speed compression adjustment sets the blow off velocity of the damper, allowing for harshness to be separated from control. Blow off damping settles the car on bumps, curbs, and maximizes grip. Low speed sets the speed at which the blow off valve opens allowing for fine tuning of balance and adjusting for surface conditions.

Collaborating with a top tier coating firm, JRZ offers cutting edge technology to allow extremely high corrosion resistance in steel strut applications.

- Guide Construction

SZM FUEL SYSTEM E5LM HANGER KIT WITH INJECTOR DYNAMICS FPS1100 CONTROLLER AND PUMP

This kit is a complete drop-in replacement for the OEM R35 fuel pump assembly. It utilizes the TI Automotive E5LM Brushless Pump—a screw-style mechanism that eliminates the friction, heat, and wear associated with traditional brushed pumps. When controlled by the Injector Dynamics BPC100 (part of the FPS1100 system), this single pump can outperform triple-brushed pump setups while drawing significantly less current and adding virtually zero heat to the fuel.

Performance Data:

Voltage Independence: The BPC100 Controller features an internal power supply that maintains a target flow rate regardless of battery voltage. Whether your alternator is at 14.4V or your battery drops to 10V at the end of a run, the pump still delivers a consistent 1,100 LPH.

Pressure Compensation: Conventional pumps lose significant flow as fuel pressure (boost) increases. The E5LM maintains its 1,100 LPH flow rate at pressures up to 150 PSI, making it nearly immune to "boost-reference" flow drop.

SZM Hanger Engineering: CNC-machined from 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum, our hanger retains the critical factory "saddle-tank" transfer functions (venturi pumps) to ensure you can run the tank down to near-empty without starvation.

Fuel Compatibility: 100% compatible with Gasoline, Ethanol (E85/E100), and Methanol. All internal wiring is PTFE-insulated to prevent chemical degradation.
