“Recently fitted engine.”
Three words that can either mean peace of mind... or absolute disaster. 💀

This MK7 R came to us after another workshop had already installed a replacement engine.
What we uncovered next:
• snapped piston cooling jet solenoid bolt
• broken sump bolt
• damaged upper sump
• corners cut almost everywhere we looked

Some problems come from wear and tear.
Others come from workmanship. 🔧

Installing the JCR Developments titanium valved catback system for the 992 GT3.

Developed to restore the higher-frequency, RSR-inspired exhaust note heavily filtered by the factory OPF-equipped system, the JCR setup combines thin-wall titanium construction with an Inconel valve section for improved thermal durability in the highest heat zones.

The result is reduced overall system weight, increased acoustic clarity, and a far more mechanical tone throughout the rev range — all while retaining full OEM valve functionality and factory integration.

Last round of the UAE Gulf ProCar season 🏁

Qualified on pole in class and lined up P2 overall for the final weekend of the 25/26 campaign.

Race 1 brought a light shower, giving Nick the chance to battle hard with the Cayman GT4 and bring home P2 overall and P1 in class 🌧️🔥

Race 2... the rain kept coming. Nick grabbed the lead into Turn 2 on the opening lap and pulled a gap early, but as the track began to dry, it was only a matter of time before the slicks came alive behind us. We’ll gladly take another P2 overall and another class win.

A perfect way to wrap up the season:

🥈 P2 Overall in the Championship

B9 Audi RS5 2.9T in for a full engine-out service 🛠️

Tracked down multiple oil leaks coming from the rear main seal and upper/lower timing covers — which meant the only proper solution was pulling the drivetrain and resealing everything correctly.

While the engine was out, we also replaced:
• Engine mounts
• PCV system
• Associated seals & hardware

A job like this is labor intensive, but preventative maintenance now saves major headaches later — especially on high-performance twin turbo V6 platforms like the 2.9T.

Featuring independent 3-way adjustability—low-speed compression, high-speed compression, and rebound—allowing precise tuning of chassis response for both road use and dynamic driving. Ride height is set to maintain proper suspension geometry and drivability and topped off with a full alignment on our Beissbarth Q.Lign system.

The result: improved body control, sharper turn-in, and increased stability under load while retaining street compliance.
