Presenting the Trophy with Sheikh Khalid Bin Zayed Al Nehayan, Chairman of the Sailing and Rowing Federation of the UAE is Khalifa Rashid, Manager of the Fishing Villages. Dubai Customs hosted the start of the Dubai to Muscat 2015 race at the Fishing village in Umm Suqeim.

An interesting time in sailing. Over in UK test sailing the amazing Fareast 28R. Reports of Fareasts UK dealer Regatta Yachting coming in seconds behind the F280 in the Round the islands race helped the Fareast 28R's credibility immensely. The world championships in Holland in September with over 40 boats attending. Not bad for a class less than a year old.

Team finishes fifth in final leg won by Turkish-American boat Team Alvimedica the fleet having covered some 74 000km

A Fareast encounter with Dongfeng!!! Split loyalties between our chinese partners and our home team. Great to watch Abu Dhabi storm over the line with Dongfeng second and the amazing ladies of SCA third. Perfect start to the very difficult leg to Sanya and another great day on the water at the VOR in Abu Dhabi!

Team omia enjoying a day out at the AD VOR import race. Happy to be flying the Fareast flag on our FE26 Far Far Away as Abu Dhabi claim another podium finish and the girls on team SCA come out on top. Looking forward to the restart tomorrow....
