We are expanding! We are looking for a Carbon Fiber Technician to join our team. Applicants should be based in Dubai.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Fabricate and laminate Carbon Fiber and fiberglass.

2. Make molds out of composite material/ plastic and silicone.

3. Ability to work with resins, carbon fiber, and honeycomb materials.

4. Experience in Fiberglass/carbon fiber and Pre-preg carbon fiber vacuum bagging process

5. Buffing and polishing composite parts.

6. Layup composite materials such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, or Kevlar inside production molds to make strong and lightweight structural parts

7. Knowledge in Curing parts techniques

8. Weigh resins and hardeners

9. Laminate and prepare customer products to exact process specifications that meet both Applied Composites' and our customer's quality requirements

10. Clean, dry fit, and trim parts

11. Perform bonding, curing, and wet laminating tasks associated with the product

12. Perform Mold Preparation, sealing, release tasks

13. Must be willing to work flexible shift hours and day or afternoon shift as well as overtime hours daily and weekends on those shifts with little notice
