People ask me why I designed Calypso 🇮🇹 with so many different decks and spaces. The answer is privacy. The children can play safely inside, with a crew keeping watch, and the adults don't have to stop their conversation once. Someone can enjoy a drink and some quiet time alone at the bow for 20 minutes, and nobody thinks it's strange. Others can socialize on the top deck at the tune of lounge music. Others can swim from the rear swimming platform. I designed Calypso for groups and families who want to share a day together without spending every second of it together. That's my dolce far niente.
