As part of our Emirati Women’s Day celebration, Emirati women from across Al Rostamani Group took part in “Design Your Next Chapter,” an immersive development experience featuring a vision board workshop that helped them explore their aspirations, organize their thoughts and turn their ambitions into clearer goals and plans for the next stage of their journeys.
The experience built on a question we posed to them: How do you see your journey into the future? Through interactive activities, reflection and shared experiences, their answers began to take shape, bringing greater clarity to what their next chapter could look like.
