WE'RE HIRING – Fleet & Operations Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Fleet & Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our fleet operations.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee the day-to-day fleet operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient service delivery
· Develop, implement, and continuously improve fleet operational strategies to maximize vehicle utilization, productivity, efficiency, and profitability
· Prepare and present operational, fleet performance, and management reports with actionable recommendations
· Monitor fleet utilization and optimize vehicle allocation
· Manage drivers
· Monitor maintenance costs, review and approve repair estimates, and ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective vehicle repairs
· Negotiate contracts and pricing with workshops, suppliers, and service providers to achieve cost savings and maintain service quality
· Manage GPS tracking systems, fleet management software, and records
· Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of vehicle registrations, permits, licenses, insurance, and client compliance documentation, including CICPA, IVMS, LOA, and ADNOC requirements
· Coordinate insurance claims, accident reporting, repair approvals, vehicle recoveries
· Conduct regular fleet inspections, vehicle audits, and asset tracking
· Coordinate new vehicle deliveries, fleet disposals, and vehicle sales with suppliers, dealerships, and internal stakeholders
· Visit suppliers, workshops, and client sites as required to support operational and business needs
· Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
· Support business development initiatives by preparing fleet cost estimates, operational proposals, and transportation solutions
· Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE transport regulations, and health, safety, and environmental standards
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Transportation · Management, or a related field
· Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Fleet Operations, Transportation Management, or a similar leadership role
· Strong knowledge of UAE traffic regulations, vehicle registration, fleet licensing, insurance, and compliance requirements
· Demonstrated experience managing medium to large vehicle fleets
· Strong leadership, team management, planning, and organizational skills
· Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and fleet management systems
· Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
