When its consuming too much engine oil this is the cause... The Engine oil is being burnt and the carbon dipposite clogs the grooves of the oil and compression rings, Hence the rings will be stuck or seized inside the grooves. Like in this video...

When attention to details is not followed, this is the price you pay. This was as a result of two dull 📌s both on a engine side and on the gearbox side meets or aligned. Then we proceed to tighten both parts together without noticing the dull 📌s. When we did a road test thats the sound we were hearing exactly jst like the one you are hearing when i rotate the flexplate or flywheel, now at a faster and more audible.
